Adele is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Iowa State University, working under the supervision of Xiaoqiu Huang. Her research focuses on applying AI and machine learning to drug design and therapeutics, particularly on Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for biological sequences. She is passionate about solving complex biomedical challenges such as viral escape, antimicrobial resistance prediction, and siRNA efficacy prediction.
