What's the value of a computer science education? Georgetown University's Center on Education and the Workforce places mathematical and computer sciences at #3 in the top 10 paying majors, with only petroleum engineering and pharmacy and pharmaceutical services beating it in terms of future pay.
Using data from the U.S. Census, the Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce's "What's It Worth: The Economic Value of College Majors" report, analyzed 171 college majors to find the difference in earning potential for students.
