Carl Chang chairs 2005 IEEE International Conference on Web Services (July 15, 2005)

The 2005 IEEE International Conference on Web Services (ICWS 2005) is the Third international conference focusing on Web Services where researchers and industry practitioners meet to exchange information regarding advancements in the state of the art and practice of Web Services, as well as to identify the emerging research topics and define the future of Web Services computing. ICWS 2005 is sponsored by IEEE Computer Society. 
Carl Chang, Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Scicnce at Iowa State University and 2004 President of IEEE Computer Society served as the General Chair for this well attended event. ICWS 2005 attracted about 300 Web services researchers and engineers in Orlando, Florida from July 11-15, 2005.
