Michelle graduated in Spring'98 and accepted a position with Cerner in Kansas City. She is currently Director of Development and Operations at Cerner and was named this fall as one of the ISU Alumni Foundation's "Young Achievers".

Moseman is a rising star at Cerner Corporation, a leading innovator of health care information technology solutions headquartered in Kansas City. The company has nearly 7,000 employees worldwide and more than a billion dollars in revenue. She has consistently ranked among the top 5 percent of associates at Cerner, including rankings in the top 1 percent in 2003 and 2005 (Millennium Club). She has submitted four patents by the age of 28 for innovative technologies that will assist intensive care unit health providers in improving patient safety. Moseman also co-founded and currently leads the company's Intellectual Properties' Ambassador Program and even supports ISU alumni communications and activities among Cerner employees.

She has volunteered with the First Hand Foundation, a non-profit organization that assists children who have clinical health-related needs. Another area in which Moseman has provided service to the Kansas City community is through the Youth Friends e-mentor volunteer program. She single-handedly recruited 72 of her co-workers to participate in the program, and earned the organization's "Volunteer of the Year" award in 2004.
