Abstract:
Deciding on a data management architecture is crucial and sets a baseline for performance of applications built on it. Evaluation of certain factors that drive performance of a database in a scenario with high data volume, like InTrans, ultimately decides the performance of applications that need to be developed in the future. A detailed performance evaluation of database like MongoDB was carried out to better assess creation of well-performing hybrid model to manage data at Institute for Transportation.
