Liu Received Best Paper Award at IEEE INFOCOM 2019

Prof. Jia (Kevin) Liu received the IEEE INFOCOM 2019 Best Paper Award: Prof. Liu’s joint work with Fengjiao Li and Prof. Bo Ji at Temple University received the Best Paper Award at IEEE INFOCOM 2019! The paper is titled “Combinatorial Sleeping Bandits with Fairness Constraints.” This is Liu’s 4th Best Paper or Best Paper Runner-up Awards from IEEE INFOCOM in 8 years. This work also received an INFOCOM Best-in-Session Presentation Award. Liu is also a past winner of IEEE INFOCOM 2016 Best Paper Award, and Best Paper Runner-up Awards at INFOCOM 2013 and 2011. 

IEEE INFOCOM is a top-ranked conference on networking in the research community. It is a major conference venue for researchers to present and exchange significant and innovative contributions and ideas in the field of networking and closely related areas. IEEE INFOCOM covers both theoretical and systems research. It is consistently ranked #1 among conferences in the area of computer networks and communication in various reputable rankings such as Microsoft Academic, Google Scholar, and Guide2Research (see Google Scholar statistics).
