Designing and testing a novel method of simulating DNA origami

This presentation describes a novel method of simulating DNA origami structures. The history of DNA origami is briefly described, as well as recent innovations that influence the work described here. The novel method is explained with a complete overview of the strengths and weaknesses of this method. Finally, future developments on this method are suggested and outlined.
