Abstract: In the last 3 years of Professional Consulting I have seen and experienced things faster and more broadly than at any time in my career.  When looking at these lessons and patterns in retrospect, so much of that; from how to look at a company to how to convince someone of your idea and how to identify and adopt a new technology (and more), I wish I would have known these things 20+ years ago.  I will talk about what these are and why and maybe save you some of the lessons I learned the hard way

About the speaker: Mark Huss is the Regional Insights and Data Leader for Capgemini/Sogeti and a National Leader in Healthcare and Life Sciences.  He has been with Capgemini for the last 3 years and prior to that in roles ranging from IoT startups to IT leadership and CIO/CTO positions at companies like Medtronic, GE, UnitedHealth, Novartis and more.
