Mohit Baskota -  Software Designer. Graduated from Iowa State University in 2019 with a Master in Computer Science. At Kingland, I have been part of various teams but my main focus is in data management, discovery and analysis. As part of the data automation and discovery team, I work on design and implementation of various techniques for extracting meaningful insights from unstructured data.

Phillip Weber – Software Engineer. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in 2018.  I have been working for Kingland full time for almost 3 years, and as an advanced intern before that while attending Iowa State. I have worked on several projects over the years and learned more about different parts of our tech stack on each one. My area of expertise is project Infrastructure. In my current role as a Software Designer, I write designs and create implementation tasks based on Requirements from our Business team. I am also responsible for supporting developers during the implementation, testing, and review of these tasks.

Shele Blum – Recruiting & Talent Coordinator. Graduated from Iowa State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.  Joined Kingland in 2016.  At Kingland, I am part of the HR team, wearing many different hats.  I am in charge of campus recruiting, summer internship program, full-time onboarding, lunch-n-learn program, mentor program, to name a few.
