Dr. Carl Chang appointed Computer editor-in-chief

Carl Chang, professor and chair of computer science at Iowa State University, was recently appointed editor-in-chief of Computer, the flagship publication of IEEE Computer Society, the largest and oldest professional association for computing. His two-ear term will begin January 1, 2007.
