Now

I am a Ph.D. student of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Program and Computer Science Department, supported by research assistantship in AI lab. My work is to solve bioinformatics problems, design machine learning algorithms and implement the algorithms. I am expected to graduate in 2008.

History

I worked as a software engineer in China for years. The areas include internet applications such as search engine and email, network communication and information management. My duties consisted of software design, coding and debugging fast and scalable server programs in C/C++.
