|
I am a Graduate Student at the Iowa State University. I am pursing my PhD degree
in Computer Science. My research interests are mainly in Graph Mining, especially Social Network Mining.
I graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics(also Beihang University)
, Beijing, China, July 2007, with a BE degree in Software Engineering. From Sep. 2006 to Apr. 2007, I worked as an intern in Infosys Technologies Ltd in India, and the program was supported by the Education Ministry of China
In 2009 year, I serve as the Web Chair for the 33rd Annual IEEE International Computer Software and Applications Conference (COMPSAC 2009). I develop and maintaint the website for the conference. And I am also a paper reviewer for the conference.
I also work as a webmaster for the Department of Computer Science and serve as the President of Graduate Advority Committee(GAC).
During summer 2010, I worked as a Software Engineering Intern in Search Team (Bing Shopping) at Microsoft. I developed a tool to analyze the Click Through Rate(CTR). I also developed a tool to track the data flow for the Bing Shopping infrastructure.
During summer 2011, I worked as a Software Engineering Intern again in Bing Engineering Team at Microsoft. I developed a new version of screen saver platform called BingSaver that contributors can make their own modules to run on BingSaver. The new version of BingSaver has its master database on the cloud side(Microsoft Azure). The BingSaver modules can accomplish anything that a module developer can imagine.
