About Me

 

I have been a PhD student of Department of Computer Science at Iowa State University since August 2003. I also hold a Bachelor of Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, China, and a Master of Sciences from East-China Institute of Computing Technology, Shanghai, China, both in Computer Science.

 


 

Research Interests

 

My research lies in the fields of Wireless Sensor Networks and Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks. My current research projects involve security and resource management in sensor networks. My work is under Dr. Wensheng Zhang's guidance. I also worked with Dr. Wallapak Tavanapong in the past years.

Teaching Experience

 

I am the TA for ComS/CprE 454/554: Distributed and Network Operating Systems for the current semester (Spring 2007). I hold my office hour on Friday 3:00-5:00pm at 125 Atanasoff Hall. Previously, I was a TA for the following courses:
