My current research is centered around identifying and characterizing the network(s) of molecular interactions that influence the differentiation of retinal progenitor cells. This research is part of an ongoing collaboration between the labs of Dr. Vasant Honavar (Computer Science) and Dr. M. Heather Greenlee (Biomedical Sciences).
