Retina Workbench

Retina Workbench is available free of charge.

Installation instructions

Download the RetinaWorkbench.jar file. Either right-click and choose "Save target as", or click here and choose "Save as" option.
Install Cytoscape (version 2.5.0 and above) on your computer, unless it has been already installed
Place the RetinaWorkbench.jar file in the "Plugins" folder in the main Cytoscape directory

Note: for Retina Workbench to work properly, your internet connection must be active at the time.
