This summer in am back to Siemens Medical Solutions (in Philadelphia area) working with Dr. Balaji Krishnapuram on breast cancer diagnosis
I am starting my fourth year as a PhD student at
Iowa State University,
Computer Science Department,
working at Center for
Computational Intelligence, Learning and Discovery under the
supervision of Dr. Vasant Honavar.
My primary research interest is machine learning
and natural language processing, with emphasis on
probabilistic graphical model
with applications in sequence and image structured
biomolecular and text domains. I am also interested in learning from
semantically heterogeneous distributed data, dimensionality
reduction methods, ontologies, regularization and visualization.

BS in Computer Science Cum Laude(minors in Maths and Spanish) Iowa
State University, 2004
