My primary research interest is machine learning and natural language processing, with emphasis on probabilistic graphical model with applications in sequence and image structured biomolecular and text domains. I am also interested in learning from semantically heterogeneous distributed data, dimensionality reduction methods, ontologies, regularization and visualization.
