Note that the doctoral forum poster session is distinct from the poster session on Thursday during which the papers accepted for poster presentation at the main conference will be presented. `
The poster boards will be available for the Doctoral Forum Participansts beginning at 2pm on Friday, May 1 and will be taken down at 9:30pm. Each poster board is 4 ft tall and 8 ft wide. Posters can be mounted using pushpins. Presenters should bring printed copies of their posters with them when they arrive at the conference.

Each doctoral forum presenter should email the poster title and the author list to honavar@cs.iastate.edu by April 19, 2009, and follow-up with a PDF version of the poster to be posted on the Doctoral Forum Website by April 26, 2009 by email to oksayakh@cs.iastate.edu (with CC to honavar@cs.iastate.edu).
