Welcome. I am an assistant professor in Computer Science at Iowa State University. Here is my page at our department website.

One of my research interests is computational biology. My work has focused on applying computational techniques to study biological systems, specifically protein structure, folding, dynamics, and functions.

My other research interests include motion planning, robotics, human-computer interaction, virtual reality, molecular docking using haptic devices, and quantum computing.
