 2) Proctor Information:

The information below is intended for students registered in COMS 103 Sections XV and XW. If you live outside Ames and do not normally attend classes on campus you will need to obtain a proctor to administer the exams for this course. The links provided outline the process you will need to follow in order to obtain a proctor. If you are close to the Iowa State Campus you may take your exams at the Test Center located in room 60 of Carver Hall. For off campus students who registered in XV or XW sections, you are responsible for finding a proctor for your 6 exams. Please make sure to read the link Exam Proctor Information for Students before looking for proctor. It contains information on who may act as a proctor. Please find a proctor as early as you can, considering we need some time to verify the quality of proctor you provide. You should process the verification proctor at least one month before the first school starts. If you have any questions during this process, please contact Mr. Douglas Bull through his email: ddbull@iastate.edu.

You need to follow the COMS 103 instructor's test schedule as shown below.

Please make sure to read the link Exam Proctor Information for Students:

1) http://lasonline.iastate.edu/index.php/services/proctor-validation/students

3) When you find a proctor, you need to ask the proctor to fill out a form online:

http://lasonline.iastate.edu/ddbull/onlineproctor.htm

Important Notes:

1) It's students' responsibilities to follow the instructions and find a proctor by themselves. Students must find a proctor at least one month before the school starts.

If you have any questions, please contact the test center manager: Mr. Douglas Bull, his email: ddbull@iastate.edu.

2) Students must follow COMS 103 Test Schedules while they take tests.

3) If you don't have a proctor, you cannot take a test. No make up tests will be given if you don't have a valid proctor before the school starts.
