  Here is a latex template, which should compile like this. You should use it to prepare your notes. Let's try to stick to a week's delay after the lecture in getting the notes out. After you have had a chance to look at your hand-written notes, please make an appointment with me to go over the notes. That will give you a chance to clarify anything that seems unclear.
