The PSI-BLAST_PairwiseStatSig program takes a query sequence, a database (both in
FASTA format), the BLAST/PSI-BLAST output file for the search of the given query
sequence against the given database, and the PSI-BLAST constructed PSSM (if
available), and gives the new pairwise statistical
significance estimates for each BLAST/PSI-BLAST hit.
The PSIBLAST_PairwiseStatSig program is written in C and runs under Unix and Linux
systems.
