My Gadgets

My first gadget, given a PDB ID (e.g. 1e3f, 1t6y),displays the 3D structure of the protein and provide links to the FASTA sequence file and the PDB structure file. To add this gadget to your site just insert the code to the right into your HTML.

Put PDB structure viewer on your website:

My second gadget, is the same as the first gadget, but now you can click on the image and it will open the Sting! Blue Star package for that protein.

Put search PDB structure viewer with Sting! on your website:

My third gadget, given a query (e.g. kinase, 19152822),searches and displays the related hits found in PlantGDB. To add this gadget to your site just insert the code to the right into your HTML.

Put search PlantGDB on your website:

My Beta gadgets: These gadgets are hosted on my local machine so there may be occasional times when they are not available. These gadgets are still works in progress and they need polishing up (i.e. screen shots).

My 4th gadget, I have created a gadget that takes the latest maize annotations from PlantGDB (they now do daily annotations on new BACs with Rice ESTs) and displays them in a table with links.

Put Show Latest Maize annotations from PlantGDB on your website:

My 5th gadget, I have created a gadget that takes predicts the subcellular localization (mitochodrial, nuclear, cytoplasmic, and extracellular) of eukaryotes. This is based on some work that I am about to publish.

Put Predict Subcellular localization of eukaryotic sequences on your website:
