Carl Chang delivers a keynote speech at IPSJ General Assembly

On March 9, 2004, Carl Chang delivered a keynote address at the 2004 General Assembly (annual convention) of the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) that is the largest computer society in Japan and a sister society of IEEE Computer Society. This year the IPSJ General Assembly was held in Keio University on March 9-11. More than 2,000 particiants attended the annual convention.
