SSG is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and software systems within the Department of Computer Science (See network map), including HP and Linux file servers and workstations, X-Terminals, ASCII terminals and CISCO terminal server, HP Vectra PC workstations and servers, bridges and repeaters, and the physical ethernet within Atanasoff Hall. SSG also serves as system adminstrators for the department's Project Vincent workstations.
