Please note that you must have a CS-UNIX account before you may request a NT account. If you do not please follow the proper steps and acquire one using the CS UNIX Account Request Form.

Use this form to request an account for the Windows NT Workstation labs in Atanasoff Hall (Rooms 115, 116, 116A, 125 and 126). The Workstations and accounts are for course work only, no other use is permitted. NOTE: Instructions on account activation will be sent to your Computer Science email account.

When you first log into a CS NT Workstation in either 115, 116, 116A, 125 or 126, you will be prompted to enter your password for your account. Please use your CS-UNIX account password and keep it updated so that the two passwords always match. This will allow for the mounting of your CS-UNIX home directory to which you may save your work to. The machines have strict regulation of disk space and work saved will be erased daily from the c:\TEMP directory. We urge you to use your CS-UNIX home directory to avoid loss of valuable data.
